Mizoram: Chakma boy is State topper in MBBS exam-2018

Chakma students of Mizoram have done exceedingly well in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET)-2018 this year. In fact, Chakma boy emerged as the state topper in terms of total marks scored.

Sujan Chakma, son of Sunity Kumar Chakma, of Mizoram has topped the NEET-2018 in the entire state by scoring 388 marks (93.11%), much ahead of Lalbiakthuama who scored 364 marks or 91.45%.

Two other Chakma students namely K Joseph Chakma, son of Amir Baran Chakma (323 marks) and Nibir Chakma, son of Joy Kumar Chakma (322 marks) came under Top 10 in the state.

NEET is conducted for selection of aspiring medical students to study MBBS and BDS courses across the country.
