Mizoram received Rs 46 crore from the Centre under Border Area Development Programme, or BADP, during 2017-18, state nodal officer Paul L. Khuma said on Wednesday.
Of the total amount received, Rs 39.93 crore has been spent during the last financial year and the remaining amount has been earmarked for the current fiscal of 2018-19, he added.
Mizoram shares 828 km International borders with Myanmar (East) and Bangladesh (West).
